The arrival of this experienced lawyer, who is joining the Montreal office as a partner, is part of the firm’s expansion strategy.
Heavily involved in the business community, Mr. Clément has been called upon over the years to advise on a wide range of clients in many complex mandates and all facets of their growth and partnerships. In his practice, he advises companies of all sizes on transactions related to the acquisition and sale of businesses, financing, and building consortiums. His expertise includes corporate structuring, governance, and strategic issues. He has also led multidisciplinary groups of lawyers in the success of more delicate transactions, particularly in the pharmaceutical field.
Mr. Clément has also served on several boards of directors, including the Fédération des Chambres de Commerce du Québec (FCCQ), the Cercle finance et placement du Québec and the McCord Museum. Currently, he is also acting as a jury member for the prestigious business competition : the Mercuriades.
